Refund Policy

At MMA Autobody Shop, we take pride in delivering high-quality auto body repair and paint services. Due to the nature of our work, all services rendered are considered final. However, we stand behind our craftsmanship and aim to ensure customer satisfaction.

1. No Refunds on Completed Services

Once a repair or paint job has been completed and approved by the customer at the time of pickup, no refunds will be issued.

2. Quality Guarantee

If you experience any issues related to the quality of workmanship (e.g., paint defects, poor alignment, etc.) within a reasonable time after service, we encourage you to contact us. We will inspect the issue and, if found to be related to our work, correct it at no additional charge under our warranty policy.

3. Deposits & Cancellations

Deposits for custom or special-order parts are non-refundable once orders are placed.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a partial refund or credit toward future services.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued in rare cases of duplicate payments or billing errors. Please contact us immediately if you believe a payment was processed incorrectly.
