By accessing or using services provided by MMA Autobody Shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

We provide auto body repair, painting, and collision restoration services. All work is performed by certified technicians and backed by applicable warranties unless otherwise stated.

2. Estimates & Payment

All estimates are subject to revision upon vehicle inspection. Final payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged.

3. Insurance Claims

We work with all major insurance providers and can assist with documentation and approvals. Customers are responsible for deductibles and any uncovered costs.

4. Vehicle Condition & Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or personal items left in the vehicle. Vehicles must be picked up within 48 hours of completion unless otherwise agreed.

5. Warranty

Paint and body repairs are covered under a limited lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship. Warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, misuse, or improper care.

6. Changes to Terms

MMA Autobody Shop reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
